We often ask our couples to describe themselves in 5 key words. So here are ours.

We’re PASSIONATE enough to dive deep into what makes each love story unique, and CREATIVE enough to turn the ordinary into something extraordinary. We know where to find the heart of your wedding day, turning fleeting moments into timeless memories.

We’re your hype squad, timeline MASTERS, and problem-solvers all rolled into one. The ones behind the lens who predict the MAGIC, then capture those raw, unfiltered moments you didn’t even see coming.

After 15 years and over 1,000 weddings of EXPERIENCE, the excitement still hits us like the first time. We give it everything we’ve got—every single time—because that’s how we tell stories that last forever.

Our approach.

With nearly two decades of experience, we’ve mastered the art of capturing your day with flawless precision—so you can relax and enjoy every moment. No matter the weather, the timing, or the lighting, we’re always prepared. We plan, prepare, and rehearse, but we’re also nimble enough to follow the light, the laughter, and the unexpected magic that makes your wedding day unforgettable.

Think of us as your quiet guardians—adjusting the background, offering gentle reminders when it's time to get ready, and ensuring everything runs smoothly without you ever feeling rushed or pressured. We’re here to protect the flow of your day, preserving every fleeting moment with a passion that drives everything we do.

We’ve Got You Covered.

FAQs

  • Typically we book our season 6 to 12 months ahead but do not accept bookings more than one year in advance.

  • Firstly-we take our commitment to you VERY seriously. Once we have booked a wedding, we will personally guarantee being there (no sending in an associate at the last minute) unless we are on death’s doorstep. If we just can’t be there, we have an amazing network of incredible photographers and videographers who will step in to capture your wedding. We will ensure that the photographer or videographer closely matches our style and approach and we will still edit your photos or film so they are as close to our style as possible.

  • Our bookings are all on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. As dates are limited, we unfortunately cannot hold dates for pencil bookings.

  • We’ll leave that up to you. In today’s world, cellphones and cameras seem to be a part of every major event. If your guests want to capture the moment for themselves, we’ll work around them as best we can.

We really do love Unplugged Weddings, where guests put down their cameras and enjoy the experience. Here’s why:

The guests you invited to your ceremony can enjoy it so much more. When you walk down the aisle, you won’t be confronted with iPhones or iPads, but with the warm smiles of guests sharing this special moment.

The coverage you get from us isn’t compromised. We don’t have to dodge cellphones and iPads to find clean angles, and the reaction shots of your guests look so much better when they’re fully immersed in the experience-not distracted by working their own cameras.

Just remember you will be getting amazing shots and coverage from us. Let your guests be fully present in the moment and share it with you!

If you do anticipate that some guests are going to be a bit trigger happy with their camerase-please ask them to take photos from their seats, rather than roaming about.

  • 15+ years!

  • As much as we seem like Energizer bunnies, after 8-10 hours on our feet, we really do need to take a break and eat! We only need a main meal (we don’t need appetizers or desserts), and we’re more than happy to quickly scoff our meals out the back. However, caterers will need a heads up on this.

If you’re interested in some golden hour photos (and we thoroughly recommend this!), please let us know about the dinner time. If we’re going to head out during the meal break, we will need you to coordinate with the venue about arranging for us to eat our meals at the same time as you.

After a short meal break, we’re good to go for the rest of your party!

  • We honestly believe there is no such thing as non-photogenic people–only bad photography. It’s on us to make you feel relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera, and to find the light and angles that work best for you. For the vast majority of the day, we won’t be directing you at all, so you’ll have plenty of time to to get comfortable with the cameras. When we do give you direction, we lean into what you’re already doing naturally, so you look and feel completely comfortable.

  • The short answer is no. We’ll do our best to minimize any unlucky blemishes, but we don’t make our clients taller, shorter, wider or smaller; we won’t change anything that is a part of who you are.

  • We always have a plan B, and even a plan C, in place for the creative shoot. Usually, plan B is 'plan A-but with umbrellas', but if it’s really soggy, we will find an indoor location option.

  • Our goal is to give you a sneak peek within a week or two of your wedding. Your entire collection will be presented to you in a beautiful online gallery, that will be ready 6-10 weeks after your wedding. Here you can easily download the full set of high-resolution images. If you wish, you can also share the link with friends and family. If you choose to subscribe to our Same Day Edit service, you will get the entire collection on the same day.

  • To cater to everyone's mobile habits, we offer digital products for easy access. However, if you'd prefer a physical album, we also have a wide selection of premium albums available for you to choose from.

  • We’re really good at knowing which are the key moments, and are always observing all the smaller wonderful moments that happen on a wedding day. The more we work from a checklist of images, the more generic and formulaic your wedding photos become, so we really encourage you to share your over-arching vision for the day with us in our pre-wedding catchups–and leave the rest to us.

  • Yes! The last thing we want is for you to be watching the clock on your wedding day, and hoping that all the important bits will be captured. All-day coverage means 'from getting ready to the dancing'–up to 14 hours.

  • Audio is super important to our storytelling and the style of films. During your ceremony and speeches, we’ll have a complete capture of anyone talking, singing or sharing a poem/reading. However, this is for our cameras only. If you want your guests to hear the service, then you’ll need to organize your own audio. (Ask your venue, celebrant or DJ to help you out here if you’re stuck).

  • We do. (It’s actually the secret sauce to why our films feel the way they do!)

To us, your story is so much more than just a muted video set to a popular song. It’s an intricate weave of spoken audio captured throughout the day. Balanced with the moods, emotion and energy your day brings, the music we choose supports and accentuates what we’ve already captured on your wedding day. This approach gives you the most cheese-free, genuine and meaningful films we can produce.

If you’ve got a favourite song that does mean something special to you both, there are a bunch of places you can incorporate it throughout the day: your first dance, signing the register, walking back up the aisle, as you enter the reception, etc.

  • Your highlight film will be hosted online and you’ll receive a link to download the full video.

  • Hollywood filmmakers get months and months of filming in controlled environments to create their 1-2 hour films. We get one day with no script and no re-takes. Hence, our films are shorter as a result.

We feel shorter films are a lot more meaningful and involving than a marathon 2 hour long wedding video. Shorter films have stronger stories that will hold your attention throughout the entire film. You’ll watch it more often as a result.

  • Your film will take approximately 8-10 weeks to be edited and delivered.
